We are currently searching for a Inukshuk Sales Manager to work with our Inukshuk Professional Dog food brand team. This position will be based in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

The Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow the Inukshuk sales function. This is a leadership role, not an individual sales role. You will drive the team, own the numbers, and help deliver strong results.

What You Will Lead

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to clear standards and targets.

  • Strategy & Forecasting: Set sales strategy, targets, and forecasts.

  • Operations & Analysis: Own the sales metrics and pipeline, work within the sales portion of the CRM, and use the data to direct the team

  • Customer & Account Management: Ensure every customer, from professional buyers to everyday owners, is well served by the team, and represent Inukshuk at trade shows and industry events.

  • Reporting on Sales Activity: Report sales performance and activity to leadership clearly and on a regular basis.

What You Bring

  • A degree in business or related experience

  • 3+ years in sales, including at least 2 years leading a sales team.

  • A track record of driving a team to meet targets.

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, and comfort managing by metrics (CRM experience an asset).

  • A self-starter who takes ownership, makes decisions, and is driven by results.

  • Willing and able to travel Internationally to represent Inukshuk at trade shows and industry events.

  • Professional proficiency in English, French would be a strong asset but not required

  • Detail oriented and organized, with strong time management and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
