Founded in 1982 by PNB Fisheries Biologist, Lee Corey in the beautiful city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, Corey Nutrition Company is a friendly, family-owned and operated business known for our nutritionally-superior brands.
We craft and produce small batches of pet food in our own manufacturing facility. Corey Nutrition has the flexibility to provide more customized products and service to our distributors and we pride ourselves on making only the absolute best food.

Corey Nutrition Company was the first company in the world with food safety protocols rigorous enough for human grade food. All of our pet food formulas are manufactured using the highest quality and carefully sourced ingredients.
Corey’s facilities are audited and approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
Innovation and Quality Control
Among all our quality and safety procedures, ensuring no potential for mold or bacterial growth in our food is one of the most important. We perform in house water activity testing along-side third party microbial testing. Combining these with our hold and release policy assures us that every batch is perfectly safe before leaving our facility. These are just part of the myriad of tests our experienced Quality Assurance team of biologists perform.
Screening and Testing
We keep our production equipment clean and safe so that everything runs smoothly for our staff, and so that each batch is made to our high standards. From cleaning to calibration, our checks keep the plant in top form. This is all part of our Attentive Process. We are proud to say we keep our food and people safe.
All products are tested before shipping. Samples of each batch of products are randomly selected to be sent to third party laboratory for goods check and microbial testing.
